Asian dumplings to perfection
Nepali cuisine is a unique blend of two rich culinary traditions of the region Tibetan and Indian, and, hence, is a reflection of the great diversity present along the belt of the Himalayan Mountains. Momos particularly are a perfect example of such traditional delicacies. They have a long travel history, and have since then evolved into different forms in different cuisines worldwide. They are either deep fried or steamed, available with a variety of fillings. But, at Momo’s, we don’t just aim to stuff, pinch and twist these Asian dumplings to perfection — our underlying mission is to bring people together in ways that embrace the diversity of momos’ very origins.
